Order, Payment & Shipping Process:

1.Please contact me via the Contact Information at the bottom of the page.

2.Provide me with your order details: The piece you are interested in, your full mailing address & contact Info. (Email address & telephone number).

3. Please choose one of the payment methods as described below:

• PayPal and all major credit cards – please contact me and I we will prepare a payment link.
• Personal check or Money order – mail to: Edna Dali Art, 2 Levenberg Street, App. #22, Kefar- Saba 4465301, ISRAEL.
• Bank wire transfer – please contact me for bank account Info.

4. Orders are shipped within 3 business days from date of receiving payments and you most probably will receive the artwork within 6 business days from shipment date.

5. An email confirming your order will be sent, providing you with any shipping information that might be available at that time.

6. Each Artwork is carefully packaged, insured and shipped to you via worldwide international EMS (Express Mailing Services).

Customs/ Import Duties:

Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties in the recipient’s country.

Any customs and/or import duties (if applicable in the buyer’s country) are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient and should be paid directly by him/her.

Return Policy:

If within 14 days from the receiving date you are not 100% satisfied with the Artwork, please notify me and you may return it and receive a full refund to your account. The returned items must be in their original condition.

If an Artwork is damaged during shipment, please inform us and we will arrange any suitable replacement for your satisfaction.

Note: If you would like to have a figurine that currently is not available in my studio (i.e. figurine with your desired color or shape), let me know. It will take about four (4) weeks to create it.
